Entre El Pueblo, Inc. is a community-centered not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving Hispanic and Latino heritage, celebrating the richness of Caribbean culture, and empowering individuals and families throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our name, “Entre El Pueblo,” meaning “Among the People,” represents who we are and how we serve—working alongside the community, listening to its voices, honoring its stories, and responding to its needs with compassion and purpose.
Our organization was founded on the belief that culture is more than a connection to the past—it is a powerful foundation for building a stronger future. Through educational programs, cultural celebrations, youth development, financial literacy, community outreach, historical preservation, and collaborative partnerships, we create meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to learn, grow, lead, and thrive.
We are especially committed to preserving the stories, traditions, achievements, and lived experiences of Hispanic and Latino people in the Virgin Islands. By documenting and sharing this important history, we help ensure that future generations understand where they come from, take pride in their identity, and recognize the valuable contributions their communities have made to the social, cultural, and economic development of the territory.
